Project Title: Fiona and Jane, a linked short story collection, follows the ebb and flow of friendship between two Chinese American women, from their teenage years into adulthood. The stories shine a light on the ordinary triumphs and catastrophes of Asian women’s lives and examine how the person who knows you best sometimes has the hardest time seeing you change.
